Lisa has lived in the beautiful Tampa Bay Area for over 40 years. She completed her undergraduate nursing degree at the University of Florida and graduated with highest honors as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Tampa. The Rheumatology Nurses Society awarded her with the Anne Strong scholarship and the Tampa Bay Advanced Practice Nurses Council awarded her with their academic scholarship as well. She was inducted into the prestigious Phi Kappa Phi honor society as well as the Sigma Theta Tau honor society. Currently, she is a member of the Rheumatology Nurses Society, the Florida Society of Rheumatology, and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She loves exploring gardens, beaches, antique shops, and hiking trails with her husband of 20 years and two teenage boys. She is very much looking forward to meeting you and hearing your story as well.
